My Mission

My goal is to work with you to help you hone in on your values-driven goals and then work toward accomplishing them one step at a time. I also work with you to help you change the way you relate to your thoughts and feelings so you are better equipped to use them as fuel to propel you forward personally, academically, and professionally. At the end of the day, we are a team, and your treatment plan will be specifically tailored to you.
